Welcome to Blocksfolio ("Service"), a comprehensive subscription-based DeFi portfolio tracker for the XPR Network ecosystem. By accessing or using Blocksfolio, you ("User" or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Blocksfolio is operated by BlocksForge ("we," "us," or "our"). We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use constitutes acceptance.

1. Description of Service

Blocksfolio is a centralized platform designed to provide users with a comprehensive dashboard to track their DeFi holdings, positions, earnings, and activities across the entire XPR Network DeFi ecosystem. The Service currently includes:

• Lending Protocol Module: Track lending and borrowing positions, including historical data from lending platforms and smart contracts, showing past earnings, interest accrued, loan health metrics, and borrowing power for user-connected wallets.
• APY Tracking & Calculation: Display of average Annual Percentage Yield (APY) and Annual Percentage Rate (APR) over user-selected periods for supported assets and protocols.
• Earnings Calculator: Estimate potential future yields based on historical performance, current positions, and user-input assumptions (e.g., time periods, asset amounts, compounding strategies).
• Portfolio Analytics: Aggregated views of holdings across multiple DeFi protocols, with historical performance tracking and data visualization.
• AI Portfolio Insights (Beta): Optional automated portfolio analysis and suggestions generated by artificial intelligence and Large Language Models (LLMs). This experimental feature is subject to significant limitations and is NOT financial advice (see Section 19 for comprehensive disclaimers and warnings).

Future Expansion: Blocksfolio is designed as an expanding platform. Additional modules for other DeFi activities including but not limited to liquidity pools, staking, yield farming, NFT holdings, token swaps, and governance participation on the XPR Network may be added. These Terms apply to all current and future modules unless specifically superseded by module-specific terms.

The Service aggregates on-chain data via APIs, smart contract queries, blockchain explorers, oracle data feeds, and third-party data sources. It is for informational and analytical purposes only and does not execute trades, manage assets, hold custody of funds, or provide automated DeFi operations. You retain full control and custody of your assets at all times.

2. User Eligibility and Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.
• You are responsible for creating and securing your account, including any wallet connections (e.g., via XPR Network-compatible wallets).
• Subscription requires payment via supported methods. Access is granted upon successful payment and is tied to your account.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

• Subscription Model: Access to full features requires a paid subscription (monthly, annual, or as offered). Free tiers, if any, provide limited functionality.
• Non-Refundable Fees: All subscription fees are non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to dissatisfaction, technical issues, market changes, or account termination. No prorated refunds for partial use or early cancellation.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date. You authorize us to charge the applicable fee to your payment method.
• Price Changes: We may adjust pricing with notice via email or the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
• Taxes: You are responsible for any applicable taxes on fees.

4. Data Accuracy and Disclaimers

• Informational Purpose Only: Blocksfolio aggregates data from multiple sources including third-party DeFi protocols (lending platforms, liquidity pools, staking platforms, yield farms, DEXs, etc.), smart contracts, blockchain networks (including XPR Network), oracles, APIs, and data providers. We provide this information to help you track and analyze your DeFi activities, but do not guarantee its completeness, accuracy, timeliness, reliability, or suitability for any particular purpose.
• Data Accuracy Limitations: All financial metrics, rates, yields, balances, and calculations displayed (including APY, APR, TVL, token prices, portfolio values, earnings, rewards, fees, and transaction history) are approximations based on available on-chain and off-chain data. These metrics may contain discrepancies due to: smart contract query limitations, data aggregation delays, blockchain network congestion, oracle variances, missing or incomplete blockchain data, calculation methodology differences across protocols, rounding errors, caching delays, third-party API limitations, or temporal inconsistencies between data sources. Displayed values may differ from actual on-chain values and should not be relied upon for time-sensitive or critical financial decisions.
• Historical vs. Predictive Data: Historical performance data, including past APY/APR rates, yields, returns, and earnings, is provided for informational purposes only. Calculations, projections, and estimates generated by our calculators and tools are hypothetical, based solely on historical data and user-provided assumptions, and do NOT constitute predictions, forecasts, or guarantees of future results. Past performance is not indicative of future results. DeFi protocol rates, yields, and market conditions are highly volatile and can change dramatically without notice.
• No Financial, Investment, or Tax Advice: We are NOT financial advisors, investment advisors, tax advisors, or licensed professionals. Nothing in the Service constitutes financial, investment, tax, legal, or professional advice. We do not recommend, endorse, or advise on any specific DeFi protocols, assets, strategies, or transactions. All information is provided "as-is" for tracking and analytical purposes only. You are solely responsible for conducting your own research, due diligence, and risk assessment before making any financial decisions.
• User Responsibility for Decisions: We are NOT responsible for any trading, lending, borrowing, staking, liquidity provision, yield farming, swapping, or any other DeFi activities or investment decisions made using data from our Service. You acknowledge and accept that DeFi involves extreme risks including but not limited to: total loss of assets, smart contract vulnerabilities and exploits, protocol hacks and security breaches, impermanent loss, liquidation, rug pulls, oracle manipulation, market volatility, regulatory changes, key loss, and network failures. All actions taken with your assets are entirely at your own risk and sole responsibility.
• Third-Party Protocol Risks: Data from external protocols and sources may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, or erroneous. We have no control over third-party DeFi protocols, their smart contracts, security practices, operational stability, or data accuracy. We do not endorse, guarantee, or warrant any DeFi protocol and are not liable for their performance, security failures, downtime, data inaccuracies, or losses incurred from using them. You use third-party protocols entirely at your own risk.
• No Guarantee of Service Accuracy or Availability: We make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or availability of the Service. Data synchronization, updates, and calculations may experience delays or failures. The Service may display outdated, incomplete, or incorrect information at any time without notice or liability.

5. User Responsibilities and Prohibited Conduct

• Use the Service only for personal, non-commercial purposes unless authorized.
• Do not reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service, including overloading APIs or smart contract queries.
• Do not share account access or use the Service for illegal activities, fraud, or to infringe third-party rights.
• You are responsible for your wallet security and any transactions linked via the Service.
• Comply with all applicable laws, including those related to cryptocurrencies and DeFi.

6. Intellectual Property

• All content, code, designs, and trademarks in Blocksfolio are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the Service during your subscription.
• Do not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without permission.

7. Privacy and Data

• We collect wallet addresses, transaction data (via on-chain queries), and usage analytics to provide the Service.
• Your data is handled per our Privacy Policy. We do not store private keys or control user funds.
• On-chain data is public; connecting a wallet may reveal your activity.

8. Termination

• We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violations, suspected fraud, or operational reasons, without refund.
• You may cancel your subscription via account settings, effective at the end of the billing period.
• Upon termination, cease using the Service; retained data will be handled per privacy laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Service, violations of these Terms, or interactions with third-party protocols.

11. Dispute Resolution

• Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where BlocksForge operates, excluding conflict rules.
• Arbitration: Any disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration under applicable arbitration rules. No class actions.
• Waiver of jury trial and punitive damages.

12. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond our control, such as network outages, blockchain forks, hacks, or regulatory changes.

13. Miscellaneous

• Severability: Invalid provisions do not affect the rest.
• No Waiver: Failure to enforce a right does not waive it.
• Assignment: We may assign these Terms; you may not without consent.
• Entire Agreement: These Terms supersede prior agreements.

14. Email Notifications and Automated Alerts

Blocksfolio offers optional email notification features, including but not limited to loan health alerts, that notify users when certain conditions or thresholds are met based on data aggregated by the Service. By enabling email notifications, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• No Guarantee of Delivery or Timeliness: We do NOT guarantee that email notifications will be sent, delivered, received, or delivered in a timely manner. Email notifications may be delayed, fail to send, be blocked by spam filters, or not be delivered at all due to technical issues, email service provider limitations, network problems, server outages, configuration errors, rate limiting, third-party dependencies, or any other reason beyond our control. Notifications may arrive minutes, hours, or days after the triggering event, or never arrive at all.
• No Guarantee of Accuracy: Email notifications are based on data aggregated from third-party sources and blockchain networks, which may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, or erroneous. The information contained in notifications may not reflect actual on-chain conditions, current market prices, or real account status. Notification thresholds are evaluated against data that may be outdated, incorrect, or subject to the same limitations described in Section 4 (Data Accuracy and Disclaimers). DO NOT rely on notification data for critical financial decisions.
• Rate Limiting and Frequency Controls: To prevent system abuse and control operational costs, we implement rate limiting on email notifications. You may configure a minimum notification frequency (e.g., maximum 1 notification per 30 minutes, per hour, per 5 hours, etc.). Once configured, you may ONLY increase this interval, never decrease it. This means you may receive fewer notifications than expected, or notifications may be suppressed even if triggering conditions are met. We reserve the right to modify, restrict, or disable notification frequency settings at any time without notice.
• Loan Health Alerts - No Liquidation Protection: Loan health email alerts are informational ONLY and are NOT designed to, and DO NOT provide protection against liquidation or collateral loss. Loan health calculations are based on data that may be outdated, inaccurate, or subject to delays. Liquidation events can occur within seconds or minutes due to market volatility, oracle updates, or network conditions. Email notifications cannot and will not prevent liquidation. It is YOUR sole responsibility to actively monitor your loan positions, maintain adequate collateral ratios, and take timely action to prevent liquidation. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for any liquidations, collateral losses, or financial damages that occur regardless of whether notifications were sent, received, or timely.
• Your Sole Responsibility for Monitoring: Email notifications are a supplemental convenience feature ONLY. You are solely and entirely responsible for actively monitoring your own DeFi positions, loan health, collateral ratios, market conditions, and protocol activities through direct blockchain interaction, DeFi protocol interfaces, and other primary sources. Do NOT rely on Blocksfolio email notifications as your primary or sole method of risk monitoring or management.
• Email Address Accuracy: You are responsible for providing and maintaining a current, accurate, and accessible email address. We are not responsible if notifications are sent to an incorrect, outdated, or inaccessible email address. You must immediately update your email address if it changes.
• Spam Filters and Email Blocking: Email notifications may be filtered, blocked, or marked as spam by your email provider, corporate firewall, or email client. It is your responsibility to configure your email settings to receive notifications. We are not responsible for emails blocked or filtered by third-party email services.
• Service Availability and Modifications: Email notification features may be modified, suspended, discontinued, or become unavailable at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to change notification thresholds, frequency limits, email templates, triggering conditions, or any other aspect of the notification system at our sole discretion.
• No Liability for Notification Failures: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, LOSSES, LIQUIDATIONS, COLLATERAL LOSSES, MISSED OPPORTUNITIES, OR ANY OTHER HARM ARISING FROM: (1) failure to send or deliver email notifications; (2) delayed, inaccurate, incomplete, or erroneous notifications; (3) your reliance on email notifications for financial decisions; (4) liquidation events that occur despite notification settings; (5) technical failures, outages, or errors affecting the notification system; (6) email service provider issues, spam filtering, or delivery problems; or (7) any other issues related to email notifications or automated alerts, regardless of cause.
• Cost Control and Abuse Prevention: We reserve the right to limit, throttle, suspend, or terminate email notification services for any user at any time if we determine (in our sole discretion) that notification usage is excessive, abusive, or creating unreasonable operational costs. This includes but is not limited to: setting aggressive notification thresholds, excessive notification frequency, or any pattern of use that we deem abusive.
• Email Content and Privacy: Email notifications may contain sensitive financial information about your DeFi positions, account balances, loan health, and wallet activity. Email is NOT a secure communication channel. We are not responsible for unauthorized access to, interception of, or disclosure of email content by third parties. You acknowledge the inherent security risks of email communication.

The Service integrates with and depends upon numerous third-party systems, protocols, and services including but not limited to:

• The XPR Network blockchain and its associated infrastructure
• DeFi protocols including lending platforms, liquidity pools, staking platforms, yield farms, DEXs, and other smart contract systems
• Oracle services providing price feeds and external data
• Blockchain explorers, indexers, and data aggregation services
• Wallet providers and authentication systems
• Third-party APIs, databases, and data providers

We are NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for any third-party services, protocols, or platforms. We have no control over their operation, security, availability, data accuracy, or changes. We disclaim all liability for third-party downtime, changes, data inaccuracies, security breaches, losses, or any issues arising from their use. Your use of third-party protocols and services is entirely at your own risk. We do not endorse, recommend, or guarantee the safety or performance of any third-party protocol or service referenced in or integrated with our Service.

17. Updates and Downtime

We may update, maintain, or discontinue features without notice. No uptime guarantees.

18. Export Controls

Comply with export laws; the Service may not be available in sanctioned regions.

19. AI Portfolio Insights and Automated Recommendations (Beta)

Blocksfolio offers an optional "AI Portfolio Insights" feature (Beta) that uses Large Language Models (LLMs) and artificial intelligence to analyze your portfolio data and generate automated insights, suggestions, and recommendations. By using this feature, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Beta Feature - Experimental and Unreliable: The AI Portfolio Insights feature is in BETA testing and is experimental, incomplete, and subject to significant errors, inaccuracies, and failures. Beta features are NOT production-ready and may produce incorrect, misleading, dangerous, or nonsensical outputs. DO NOT rely on beta features for any purpose, especially not for financial decisions. We make NO representations or warranties about the reliability, safety, accuracy, or fitness of beta features.
• NOT Financial, Investment, or Professional Advice: AI-generated insights, recommendations, strategies, suggestions, or any other outputs are NOT financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, legal advice, or professional advice of any kind. We are NOT financial advisors, investment advisors, or licensed professionals. All AI outputs are automated, generated by algorithms, and lack human expertise, judgment, or professional analysis. AI recommendations do NOT constitute personalized advice tailored to your individual circumstances, risk tolerance, or financial goals.
• Extreme Risk of Inaccuracy and Errors: AI models are inherently prone to errors, hallucinations, misinterpretations, and incorrect outputs. AI-generated insights may contain factual errors, calculation mistakes, logical fallacies, outdated information, misunderstandings of DeFi mechanics, incorrect APY calculations, flawed strategy suggestions, or completely false information presented as fact. AI systems can confidently provide incorrect, dangerous, or financially harmful recommendations. DO NOT assume AI outputs are accurate, correct, or safe to follow.
• Dependence on Potentially Inaccurate Data: AI insights are generated based on portfolio data aggregated by Blocksfolio, which is subject to all limitations, delays, and inaccuracies described in Section 4 (Data Accuracy and Disclaimers). If the underlying data is delayed, incomplete, incorrect, or stale, AI recommendations will be based on faulty information and will therefore be unreliable, misleading, or dangerous. AI models have NO independent verification of data accuracy and cannot determine if data is current or correct.
• No Understanding of Your Personal Situation: AI models have NO knowledge of your personal financial situation, risk tolerance, investment goals, liquidity needs, tax circumstances, time horizon, or any other individual factors critical to financial decision-making. AI recommendations are generic, automated, and NOT personalized to your specific needs or circumstances. What may appear suitable based on portfolio data alone may be completely inappropriate for your actual situation.
• No Liability Protection or Risk Mitigation: AI insights are NOT designed to protect you from liquidation, market volatility, smart contract exploits, or any other DeFi risks. AI recommendations may INCREASE your risk exposure, suggest overly aggressive strategies, recommend illiquid positions, or fail to account for liquidation risk, market volatility, or protocol-specific dangers. AI systems CANNOT predict market movements, protocol failures, or black swan events.
• No Guarantee of Profitability or Performance: AI suggestions about "optimizing earnings," "increasing returns," or "improving APY" are speculative, based on historical or current data that has NO predictive value for future results. Past performance is NOT indicative of future results. AI-recommended strategies may result in losses, liquidation, or total loss of funds. Projected earnings, APY improvements, or profit estimates are hypothetical and may never materialize. Market conditions, protocol rates, and DeFi yields are highly volatile and can change instantly.
• Loop/Leverage Strategy Risks: AI insights may identify or suggest loop strategies, leverage strategies, or arbitrage opportunities that involve borrowing and re-supplying assets to amplify returns. These strategies carry EXTREME risks including: rapid liquidation during market volatility, smart contract vulnerabilities, oracle manipulation, sudden APY changes eliminating profitability, impermanent loss, protocol exploits, and total loss of capital. Leveraged positions can liquidate within seconds during market swings. AI systems CANNOT guarantee that suggested strategies are safe, profitable, or appropriate for your risk tolerance.
• APY Calculation and Rate Volatility: AI insights referencing APY rates are based on current or historical data that is highly volatile and subject to change without notice. "Current APY" rates can drop to zero or turn negative instantly due to market conditions, protocol changes, liquidity shifts, or reward program modifications. "Historical average APY" data has NO predictive value and does NOT guarantee future rates. AI cannot predict APY changes and may recommend strategies based on rates that no longer exist by the time you act.
• Third-Party AI Service Dependencies: AI insights are generated using third-party AI services (including OpenAI and other LLM providers) over which we have NO control. These services may experience outages, changes, errors, policy modifications, model degradation, or discontinuation at any time. We are NOT responsible for third-party AI service failures, errors, or changes. AI model behavior can change without notice due to provider updates.
• No Continuous Monitoring or Updates: AI insights are generated periodically (e.g., daily) based on snapshot data and are NOT continuously updated in real-time. By the time you view an AI insight, market conditions, APY rates, protocol parameters, or your portfolio composition may have changed significantly, making the insight outdated, irrelevant, or dangerous to follow. AI does NOT monitor your positions continuously and cannot alert you to sudden changes.
• Language and Interpretation Issues: AI-generated text may be ambiguous, misleading, poorly worded, or open to misinterpretation. AI may use terminology incorrectly, confuse concepts, or present information in ways that lead to misunderstanding. You are solely responsible for interpreting AI outputs and determining their meaning. We are NOT responsible for misunderstandings arising from AI-generated text.
• No Validation or Human Review: AI insights are generated automatically by algorithms without human review, validation, verification, or oversight. No financial professional, expert, or human has reviewed, approved, or endorsed AI-generated recommendations before they are shown to you. AI outputs are presented "as-is" directly from the AI model without quality control, fact-checking, or expert validation.
• Feature Modifications and Discontinuation: The AI Portfolio Insights feature may be modified, suspended, discontinued, removed, or changed at any time without notice. We may alter AI prompts, models, data inputs, output formats, or any other aspect of the feature at our sole discretion. You have NO guarantee of continued access to AI insights.
• Your Sole Responsibility for Decisions: ANY AND ALL financial decisions, trades, lending activities, borrowing activities, position changes, or other actions you take based on, influenced by, or related to AI insights are made ENTIRELY at your own risk and sole responsibility. You are solely responsible for conducting your own research, due diligence, risk assessment, and independent verification before taking any action. You must consult with qualified financial, legal, and tax professionals before making financial decisions. NEVER rely solely on AI recommendations.
